JPS scrap metal crusher is widely used in the crushing of scrap bicycles, car shells, motorcycles, paint buckets, keel bars, color steel tiles, waste home appliances, and cans.

Working principle: The whole machine adopts thickened cutter head and thickened shaft can effectively crush metal briquette that is easy to be broken. The bottom screen can be customized according to the user's crushing metal (screen mesh hole φ30mm-φ60mm). The machine adopts two configurations of single motor and dual motor. The user can choose the model configuration according to the size of the transformer. The metal crusher with dual-motor configuration effectively reduces the torque force, so that the metal crusher can save energy and electricity. When crushing metal objects in tanks and barrels, one motor can be used to crush the inertia of the machine.
